This document serves as a guide for church staff working with children and families who may have experienced trauma as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic. It briefly describes how to use two tools that may be beneficial in supporting children and families: Psychological First Aid and Active Listening. The guide also includes links to other helpful resources.
